How to avail this opportunity

Step by Step Process
- Learn German A1 and A2 level.
- Take the interview with the employer at the B1 level.
- Get a confirmed contract in hand after clearing the interview.
- Learn B1 and B2 levels in the language while applying for the recognition procedure (known as Anerkennung) at the respective state's nursing council.
- Anerkennung gives two options to the Indian Nurses since the degree is not directly recognised in Germany. In order to work as a registered nurse they either do the Adaptation course (known as Anpassungslehrgang) or clear the Knowledge Exam (known as Kenntnisprüfung).
- Apply for a visa with the Anerkennung results
- Join the employer as an assistant nurse with a salary of approximately 2100-2300 Euros per month while preparing for the Kenntnisprüfung.
- Clear the Kenntnisprüfung and start working as a registered nurse with an increased salary of approximately 2800-3000 Euros per month
